this leg is truly indebted to this wonderful family, sinead, kirin (not pictured), catherine and dermot. and that's the lovely 34 cranmore avenue and dermot rocking out, i now feel like i have a home in northern ireland. if you see any of these people, hug them. and ask catherine for cooking tips - truly delicious!
